Despite becoming a mother in the years after founding Imperial Nannies in 1996, I have continued to live a full and varied life. Hiring the perfect staff at every stage means I have never had to miss out on the things I love, such as riding and skiing, interior design and cooking for friends. Like most parents, I find that I’m constantly trying to keep up with modern family life in the city and by having the right support I am able to do so.
Tania manages the overseas division, placing nannies across the globe and has worked at Imperial Nannies since 2015. Prior to joining us, Tania worked as nanny for over 15 years working with very high profile families and has a unique understanding of the industry. Tania also holds a BA Honours Degree in Early Years as well as a CACHE Diploma level 3. With her education and experience as working and employing her own nanny, Tania has a wealth of knowledge and detailed understanding of matching skills and people to the perfect job. Tania is one of the managers and supports all of the staff across both branches. A mother herself with a son, in her spare time loves nothing more than taking her Australian Labradoodles to the beach or forest and spending time with her family. When Tania is not in the office, she enjoys travelling at any opportunity.
Bridgette is a warm, bubbly South African who joined the Imperial team back in 2010! Having lived in the UK for the past 9 years, she recruits for all full time and part time daily nannies across London as well as all single domestic staff throughout the UK and Overseas. Bridgette also assists with managing all staff within the team and finds herself in a rewarding role where no two days are the same. Being a mUm of two, she is outgoing, fun and easy to get along with. Bridgette loves meeting new people and during her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, taking spontaneous trips and spending time with her family as well as her miniature Yorkie called Bentley.
Alice started her recruitment career in 2016 and joined Imperial as a Daily Country consultant. The fast paced role involves her placing live out Nannies and Housekeepers in the UK countryside on a permanent basis. Alice loves nothing more than building lasting relationships and working closely with her clients and candidates to find them the perfect match. Alice has a keen interest in interior design and, having recently purchased a property in Bath, she and her partner spend all their spare time renovating!
Lucy is originally from London, but moved to Bath to study for her BSc (Honours) Degree in Psychology. Having been with Imperial for four years, Lucy specialises in recruiting Live-in Nannies and Housekeepers throughout the UK. Lucy is warm and easy to talk to, able to build great relationships with both her clients and candidates. In her spare time, Lucy loves spending time with friends and is a keen runner, and is always on the lookout for her next fun run!
