Your specialist Imperial Consultant, who has expert knowledge of her division, will advise you before selecting and presenting only the finest candidates who match your brief.
She will work with a pool of already registered, reference-checked candidates (also known as “Imperials”), as well as receive new applications for your position on a daily basis.
The Imperial Selection Process:
Step 1: Register your position (and confirm you agree to our Terms of Business)
Step 2: Receive submitted CV’s and discuss the candidates and their background with your Consultant
Step 3: Hold first Interviews, and assess references
Step 4: Hold Second interviews (could be for a morning or afternoon activity)
Step 5: Offering and acceptance of Employment
From the point of Registration, your Consultant will maintain regular contact with you alongside discussing your position with her selected candidates so that everyone has clear expectations. She will be on hand to answer any queries you may have at any stage, including any post-placement advice and support if needed.
