I understand that Imperial Nannies (the Agency) will process my application to include taking up references. Any offer of employment made by the Agency’s clients will be subject to satisfactory references, medical checks if the clients requests it, and a criminal records disclosure.

I understand that any false statement that I make may mean that the Agency ceases to introduce me to any further clients. I give Imperial Nannies my permission to disclose my particulars to their clients so that my application may be considered. I also give my permission to the agency to advertise me discreetly on their website/other media if they so choose for the purposes of finding me a position. I understand that the information given in this application may be held on the agency’s computer system and processed in accordance with the Data protection act 1988, and I hereby consent to the storage and use of that information for the purposes of being introduced to the Agency’s clients. All information I receive about the Agency’s clients will be treated in strict confidence and will not be divulged to other persons.

I agree to keep the agency up-to-date with regards to my availability and if I am offered a position by a client or I am re-engaged by a client or if a client passes my details to a third party, I will inform the Agency of this as I am aware that their will be a fee payable. In the event that a client of Imperial Nannies offers me employment with the condition that I do not inform the Agency so that the client avoids paying the Agency fee, if the Agency discovers the employment and the client refuses to pay the agency fee, I understand that the Agency will seek the said fee from me.
