Certificates to support all qualifications
References to validate their experience
References that recommend the employee should work in a childcare role
An up to date DBS (formerly known as CRB)
An up to date First Aid Certificate
Beneficial, but not essential:
Full driving license
Food Hygiene Certificate
Ofsted Registered
Certificates such as TEFL and TESOL
